We coordinate flexible shift schedules, with our pressroom operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to meet our client’s most challenging delivery requirements.

Our aim at Spotpress is to keep your brand consistent by providing flawless, vibrant colour, every time. That’s why we continue to innovate and invest in the latest in print technology.

Our press assets include two Heidelberg M600 heatset press lines and two Goss Community/Universal coldset web press lines. We can also print your job using four-colour sheetfed presses and digital equipment.

Our heatset printing presses can handle a wide range of demanding print applications including version changes, PMS colours, varnishes, and UV coatings. A variety of folding options, including ribbon decks, inline gluing, inline stitching and trimming features can produce your product with a quality and cost efficiency that works for you and your business’ needs.

The latest addition to our press fleet is a 5-unit Heidelberg M600 A4 web press complete with a UV coating line and sheeter. This provides unparalleled versatility for the publication printer, and more print options for your job.

With the highest consideration to quality, our web offset presses are equipped with the latest quality control systems such as register-control, cut-off and ribbon control, tension control, web guides and closed-loop colour correction. All our printing presses are operated by our highly trained staff. Scheduled weekly maintenance on all equipment ensures that you get the value you deserve with every print job
Furthermore, each area of our facility has fully-redundant systems to guarantee reliability, quality, and performance.
